We're searching for a highly skilled Automated Utility Design (AUD) Trainer and Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team! This role blends technical expertise with training and client support. You'll create and deliver training, guide clients through implementations, and ensure successful adoption of AUD solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Training Development & Delivery:Β Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for various audiences (technical staff, engineers, management) using hands-on sessions, workshops, and webinars. Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:Β Serve as the go-to expert on AUD, providing guidance on industry standards, regulations, and technology trends. Collaborate with product development to refine AUD solutions based on user feedback.
  • Implementation Support:Β Assist clients with AUD system deployment, troubleshooting issues, and meeting project milestones. Gather and document user requirements for customized solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Β Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support) and clients to promote AUD and gather feedback.
  • Continuous Learning:Β Stay updated on the latest AUD technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

  • Minimum 5 yearsΒ experience in utility design, implementation, and automation.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs; strong presentation and communication skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with AUD software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation) and practical application experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Project management certification (a plus).

  • Programming knowledge (Python, Java) for customization and automation.
  • Database management (SQL) for managing utility data.

  • Ability to create and conduct testing protocols.
  • Understanding of utility regulations and industry trends.
