The Role 🧙‍♂️

• Cast Spells on Dents: Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage on vehicles, either on a mobile route or at our Tinley Park location.
• Enchant Customers: Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate for approvals to build business.
• Train Future Wizards: Participate in training new technicians and collaborate with your manager to find new accounts.

What You Need 💪

• Excellent Communication: Interact effectively with customers and build accounts.
• Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds; work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential.
