Overview

As we continue to grow our team to achieve our goal of being the world's best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a part of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce an opening for a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor will mainly use their automotive maintenance and repair skills to support and guide Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors. This includes reviewing orders for both planned and unplanned repairs. You'll also recommend appropriate maintenance schedules, repair methods, and pricing to keep the fleet in good condition, reduce vehicle downtime, and control maintenance costs.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position where you'll work 100% from your home in Columbia/Jeff City, MO counties. Our team operates from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST on Saturdays. Schedules are based on current business needs.

This position offers a starting pay range of $24.57-$26.57 per hour, based on your experience and skills.

You can earn extra money with:

  • Weekend and evening shift differentials (up to $2.00/hour)
  • Bilingual skills (up to $1.00/hour)
  • ASE certifications (up to $6.25/hour)

Important: To be considered for this role, you must have at least four (4) current and valid ASE certifications from this list: A1-A9, T1-T8, E1-E3, L1-L3, F1, G1, C1, & X1. No expired ASE certifications will be accepted.

⚙️ Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using your automotive maintenance and repair knowledge to provide prompt advice on repair orders submitted by external partners via phone and email, in a helpful and efficient way.
  • Examining repair proposals to make sure the right repair and maintenance services are done according to manufacturer guidelines, scheduled maintenance intervals, vehicle history, and reasonable pricing for suggested services.
  • Negotiating changes or adjustments to order pricing when it doesn't align with standards, assessing and applying appropriate warranty and post-warranty coverage while creating and issuing purchase orders. You'll also explain our processes to clients, groups, and vendors.
  • Understanding client needs and repair orders to develop and evaluate solutions. Contact clients to offer recommendations, explain proposed procedures, and obtain approval.
  • Finding opportunities and making suggestions to teams and leadership across internal business areas for comprehensive maintenance service proposals, repairs billed to clients, and opportunities to replace vehicles instead of repairing them.
  • Handling calls from drivers, assessing their specific needs, and finding and suggesting suitable and cost-effective service locations for clients.

🤝Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Live in Columbia or Jeff City, Missouri
  • Live in the state of Missouri
  • Have a minimum of 4 current, approved ASE certifications
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • 2 years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service department experience
  • A degree in Automotive Technology is preferred
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Be willing to accept the starting pay range of $24.57-$26.57 per hour
  • Be able to meet all work-from-home technical requirements
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require our company to sponsor you for work authorization now or in the future

🏡 Work From Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Reliable and consistent high-speed internet access from a landline cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
