🚀 What You'll Do

  • Analysis of operational data and preparation of analyses
  • Creation of reports, presentations, and business indicator reports
  • Management and support for collection and debt management operations for business clients
  • Mapping and contributing to the development of procedures
  • Monitoring systems development
  • Participation in initiatives to enhance operational management processes

🔎 What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Up to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
  • Valued Skills: Knowledge of debt collection and recovery is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint), analytical tools (SAS, Celonis, Power BI).
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, process-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and the ability to manage pressure are essential.
