About the Role 🎨

We're searching for a passionate Graphic Designer to elevate our customer engagement. This is a hybrid role, allowing for two days of remote work per week. You'll collaborate closely with the B2C Growth Marketing team, creating and adapting communication materials for our users. You'll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results. A portfolio is required for application consideration.

Responsibilities ✨

• Create and adapt materials for user activation events.
• Develop engaging social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design offline materials for activations and in-company events.
• Coordinate and assemble merchandise displays.
• Edit short videos and create motion graphics.
• Design promotional materials (flyers, email assets, presentations, etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency in documentation and processes.

Requirements 💪

• Essential: 3+ years' experience in a similar role (digital agencies, studios, or tech companies). Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Solid understanding of marketing, video production, brand identity, merchandising, and multimedia design. High attention to detail and results-orientation. Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Bonus Points: Experience designing digital/social channel campaigns.
