🚀 What You'll Do

System Design: Analyze business needs and translate them into effective system designs. Document everything clearly.

Application Development: Build robust business applications using Java, following best practices and corporate standards.

Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with customers, partners, and your team. Participate in retrospectives to improve processes.
🧐 What We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2 years of backend development experience using Java.

Technical Skills: Java, SQL, Git Flow, and REST APIs are essential.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and programming skills with a keen eye for detail.

Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

English Proficiency: Essential for collaborating with global teams.
