About the job Within the Banking Operations Department, we assist our clients in completing their transactions in markets worldwide. We also provide custody services for assets deposited with us. We handle all asset classes – equities, bonds, mutual funds, investment funds, listed derivatives, OTC derivatives, and cash – and provide access to almost 100 markets globally. By mastering local regulatory, tax, and legal environments, we help clients navigate the complexities of global capital markets.

What you'll do:

• Follow up on operations
• Contact a portfolio of clients via email or phone
• Enter data and client instructions
• Control risks and procedures
• Analyze and report information to clients based on their inquiries

What we're looking for:

• Academic Degree (preferred) or 12th grade (mandatory)
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in French (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Economics
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Teamwork, analytical thinking, positive attitude, organizational commitment, customer service orientation, and a focus on results
