🚀 About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for data and user experience! As a BI & UX Specialist, you'll design and implement powerful BI solutions while ensuring they're intuitive and user-friendly. You'll work closely with our business teams to empower them to make data-driven decisions.
💪 What You'll Do
- 📊 Design and build dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
- 🧑🏫 Train and support business users on these tools.
- 🎨 Establish and refine a UX process to guide BI solution development.
- 👂 Gather feedback to continuously improve BI tools and processes.
- 🤝 Collaborate with BI Self-Service and Tool responsible, architects, security, and business users.
✨ What We're Looking For

Experience: You've used SAP Analytics Cloud and/or Power BI in various projects.

Expertise: Strong skills in data integration, SQL, DAX, M, and data visualization.

Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing your UX design expertise and processes.

User Research: Experience in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.

Project Management: Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
