- Creating spare parts offers for international clients
- Coordinating the technical and commercial content of offers
- Maintaining/managing material data for offers and contracts
- Obtaining quotes from subcontractors
- Conducting contract reviews and handing over orders to project management
- Advising clients/regions on the correct scope of spare parts
What You Bring: 💪
- Education: Technical and commercial training, ideally in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years, particularly in the turbomachinery industry
- Tools: Full proficiency in SAP, MS Office, communication tools
- Personality: Customer-oriented, communicative and persuasive, team-oriented
- Languages: Excellent German and good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities: ⚙️
This role involves a variety of tasks related to preparing and managing bids for spare parts. You will be the key point of contact for clients, coordinating technical and commercial aspects, and ensuring the smooth transition of projects. You'll also be involved in contract review and liaising with subcontractors.
