We're redesigning the clinic-patient relationship to deliver life-changing care.

The Role:

This part-time to full-time opportunity begins as a clinical contractor role, with the potential to transition to a salaried position. You'll provide telehealth services (synchronous and asynchronous) to a panel of 250-600 patients.

Responsibilities: 📝

• Manage a concierge panel of patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (dietitians, exercise specialists, behavioral medicine professionals) to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Build strong, impactful patient relationships.
• Work autonomously with administrative support.
• Practice alongside experienced Obesity Medicine specialists.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Navigate multiple telehealth platforms.

Requirements: 💪

• Current MD license in California.
• Medical fluency in Arabic and English.
• Current DEA license.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse patients.
• Positive attitude and passion for patient success.
• Team player.
• Board certification in Obesity Medicine (a plus).
• Telemedicine and remote care experience (a plus).

Compensation & Benefits: 💰

• Contractor Role: $100-$135 per hour, based on patients seen and panel size.
• Salaried Position: Compensation based on FTE hours; includes health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, sick days, and federal holidays. (Note: This position starts as a contractor role.)
