👋 About the Role:

As a Brand Ambassador for MKTG, you'll be the face of Diageo brands, educating consumers and creating memorable experiences at various events. You'll need to be passionate about the brands, knowledgeable about the products, and skilled at engaging with people. This is an occasional employment position; assignments aren't guaranteed.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Actively engage consumers, educating them about Diageo brands at events.
• Build consumer trust through product knowledge and friendly interactions.
• Guide consumers through product sampling (where legally permitted).
• Complete regular online training on Diageo brands and programs.
• Utilize technology platforms for information input and reporting.
• Arrive on time, in appropriate attire, and prepared to execute promotions.
• Distribute promotional materials and Diageo premiums.
• Adhere to Responsible Server Guidelines and report any violations.
• Set up promotional displays at event locations.
• Manage event expenses using a company debit card.
• Collect and return promotional materials.
• Complete post-event reports.
• Contribute photos and content to social media.
• Monitor competitor activity and report findings.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Brand Knowledge & Personification: You'll need to complete training to understand and effectively communicate brand information to consumers.
• Engaging Personality: You must be outgoing, personable, and friendly, building trust with consumers.
• Reliability: Consistent, on-time attendance and commitment to the event duration are essential.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, carry heavy items, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
