🎯 Your Role

• Oversee activities and ensure processes and ticket management are done on time and with quality.
• Manage Level 3 tickets or projects directly.
• Analyze releases and product features to propose enhancements and added value.

🔎 What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Cornerstone or similar.
• English fluency is a must.
• French language skills are a plus.
