The Role: Business Development Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential (and existing) customers via various channels - website, chat, phone, meetings, trade shows, virtual trade shows, online forums, social media, etc.
  • Develop leads independently and meet sales quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from establishing customer contact to signing a deal.
  • Make certain proper after-sales service.
  • Qualify leads from various campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients via phone, emails, and other channels.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Build reports to present to the manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Build and use well-written proposals and sales documents to pitch to potential clients.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role in the digital, IT, Cloud, Web Hosting related industry.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (e.g., inbound, outbound, field sales).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English + a bonus with other languages.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
