Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across departments using BI and CRM tools.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, trends, and performance metrics to guide business strategy.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support incoming decision-making needs.
Suggest KPIs that represent value-drivers of the business.
Manage and maintain data warehouse and data lake environments (Google Cloud, BigQuery).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to implement and maintain ETL pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
Partner with fundraising, marketing, operations, content, and finance teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Provide actionable recommendations and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Assist in the implementation of analytics tools, tracking tags, and CRM integrations (Salesforce).
Conduct CRM maintenance and general systems management, debugging and cleaning data, to ensure accurate reporting.
Lead or participate in analytics projects from ideation through implementation.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Document BI processes, data definitions, and reporting standards for consistency.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Collaborate with Content Data Specialist to analyze content data for integrated performance insights.
Survey creation, management, and reporting.
Support financial reporting through integration with tools like QuickBooks.
Requirements
5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.
Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Google Cloud, BigQuery).
Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly inquisitive and self-motivated.
Bonus Points for
Experience with survey tools (SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) and social media analytics.
Data engineering or scripting experience for ETL and database management.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other financial systems.

Salary
Target salary range for this position when based in New York is $100,000 to $110,000 annually.
In Israel, the salary range is 23,000 - 25,000 NIS/month.
The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
