The Role πŸ’Ό:


This is a temporary, 18-month position offering benefits. As a Contact Center Representative, you'll handle inbound calls from prescribers and members, utilizing multiple software systems to manage prescription cases and determine coverage. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate complex processes, and meet strict timelines.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive and manage inbound calls from prescribers and members.
  • Use multiple software systems to create prescription cases and determine coverage.
  • Handle determination and appeals processes.
  • Communicate resolutions to beneficiaries and providers.
  • Maintain knowledge of CD&A guidance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client application discrepancies.
  • Meet daily tasks using various communication methods.

Requirements 🎯:


  • Essential:Β Prior call center experience (multi-screen setup preferred), high-speed internet, quiet workspace, no personal responsibilities during work hours, availability for brief remote audits. Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
  • Essential Skills:Β Effective communication, accountability, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, proficiency with multiple computer applications, and multitasking skills.
  • Preferred:Β Two years of general business experience (problem resolution, writing, customer service), six months of PBM/pharmaceutical experience, one year of call center and healthcare experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, organizational skills, flexible work schedule availability.
  • Education:Β High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
