πŸš€ The Role:

We're searching for a Campaign Manager to support our expanding customer base. You'll be a strategic partner to our clients, acting as an extension of their team and playing a vital role in managing their lead generation campaigns.

🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Customer Success teams to ensure successful campaign execution from post-sale to completion.
  • Gather and organize client deliverables for efficient and timely campaign setup.
  • Utilize platforms like Convertr, Monday.com, and Salesforce to set up, manage, and execute campaigns.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign execution: operational support, creative review, media partner tracking, lead pacing and delivery, reporting, and overall campaign performance.
  • Leverage data and insights platforms to inform Sales and Customer Success on campaign planning and optimization.
  • Create and deliver regular customer reports showcasing the value of Intentsify's services.
  • Manage leads, reconciliations, and returns. Advocate for campaign success internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate data across all platforms, including campaign setup, management, and revenue recognition.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as business needs arise.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach with colleagues and clients.

πŸ’ͺ Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of lead generation experience in content syndication, with a focus on Customer Success.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, including Account Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including email management.
