CGI Federal is seeking a skilled Tribal Technology Analyst to provide expert insights into Tribal data and IT systems. This advisory role will be instrumental in shaping client solutions and ensuring their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will reside in the Central or West Coast Time Zones.

What You'll Do πŸŽ―

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop comprehensive IT strategic plans.
  • Consult with Tribes nationwide on improving their information technology processes.
  • Oversee and execute defined strategies in collaboration with Tribes across the country.
  • Collaborate effectively with Childcare SMEs, Strategy SMEs, and other Technology SMEs supporting various States, Territories, and Tribes.
  • Gather business requirements, identify key deliverables, and support the development of robust IT strategies alongside managers and clients.
  • Provide strategic direction for client deliverables, ensuring alignment with their needs and goals.
  • Analyze complex situations, formulate effective solutions, and evaluate alternatives to optimize business outcomes.
  • Translate complex system requirements into actionable plans.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential risks.
  • Collaborate and coordinate the effective delivery of technical assistance.

What We're Looking For πŸ’ͺ

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Required: Proven experience working with Tribal technology, preferably within child, youth, or family-serving programs.
  • Required: Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect different layers of business applications.
  • Required: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Required: Experience in a consulting capacity.
  • Preferred: Public sector consulting experience.
  • Preferred: Experience facilitating workgroups and communities of practice.
  • Required: Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
  • Required: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
