The Role 💼


This is a 6-month contract role, starting immediately. You'll be responsible for the administration and coordination of employee benefits across various countries.


What You'll Do:


  • Benefits Administration: Help manage employee benefits like insurance, retirement plans, flexible benefits, and wellness programs.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations. Maintain data integrity across all platforms.
  • Vendor Management: Work with benefits vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Make sure we comply with local regulations and assist with audits and reporting.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and accessible information for colleagues and clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other departments for consistent benefits administration and communication.
  • Support: Answer benefit-related questions accurately and promptly.
  • Market Research: Help gather and analyze data on benefits trends.
  • Process Improvement: Find ways to improve our benefits processes.
  • Plan your workload and track your time effectively.
  • Keep the Benefits Team updated on your progress.
  • Handle other tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:


  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or global HR, ideally with an Employer of Record.
  • Interest in learning about benefits in different countries.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:


  • Experience with international benefits programs.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements.
  • A background in Benefits, HR, or Business Administration.
  • Tech-savviness (comfortable with software and databases).
  • Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
