About the Role

We're searching for a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This key role involves shaping and executing the financial strategy of our multi-entity global fintech company. You'll oversee all financial aspects, including strategic planning, treasury management, compliance, governance, M&A, and team leadership.

As a partner to the CEO and executive team, you'll ensure financial operations support long-term goals, scalability, and growth. You'll lead efforts to optimize financial performance, implement innovative tech solutions, and maintain compliance with global accounting standards. This is a perfect fit for a dynamic leader with deep finance expertise, a proactive approach, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple geographies.

Reporting to: CEO and President

Responsibilities 💼

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
  • Oversee global accounting operations and ensure compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
  • Lead global tax planning, compliance, and transfer pricing.
  • Drive M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
  • Collaborate with HR on payroll and benefits management.
  • Ensure corporate governance compliance and support legal teams.
  • Implement and optimize financial systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics to improve forecasting and risk management.
  • Manage and develop a global finance team.

Requirements 🎯

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
  • CPA designation required; CFA or ACCA is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of global accounting standards, tax regulations, and M&A processes.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills.
