About the Company
The position is within the SDSI (Information Systems Sub-Directorate), which provides consulting, studies, development, operation, and maintenance of IT systems and telephony, adhering to defined methods and standards. This is a functional sub-directorate serving the Establishment. The objective of the SDSI is to unify and optimize the use of IT tools to make them an integrated management tool serving all entities of the ENIM and their partners and associates.

Hierarchical Position
The IT Project Manager (AMOA) reports to the Pole Manager to whom they are assigned.

Missions of the Position
The AMOA Project Manager must ensure the realization of the Establishment's projects entrusted to them. They are also responsible for assisting the project owner in the progress of projects and programs, whether IT-related or not. They must ensure that the ENIM project methodology is respected.

Operational Missions:

  • Lead project and program studies with the IT Development teams (MOE), business representatives, and the Project Owners (MOA) of other associated processes and domains, within the project lifecycle.
  • Draft deliverables: needs expression, business process modeling, launch note, specifications, acceptance testing plan, user documentation, etc.
  • Independently, or with the MOA, conduct functional acceptance testing.
  • Ensure the reporting of information and alerts to the Pole Manager.
  • Lead and pilot the Establishment's projects and programs within their area of activity.
  • Ensure the operational maintenance and evolution of tools in their area of activity.
  • Assist users (MOA) in the different phases of the projects.
  • Coordinate relations between the project owner (MOA) and the IT development team (MOE).
  • Consolidate project and program information and produce documents for steering committees.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding retained orientations and the progress of projects, programs, and tool evolutions.
  • Support departments in change management (training, support, communication, etc.).
  • Pilot relations within the framework of functional support agreements with other organizations.
  • Represent ENIM in external bodies.
