💼 Responsibilities:


  • Provide a wide range of strategic business advisory services.
  • Help business owners increase cash flow and secure bank loans.
  • Ensure sustained profitability for client companies.
  • Strategically prepare businesses for sale.
  • Guide business owners through the acquisition and divestiture process.

🎯 What We're Looking For:


  • Minimum 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, such as VP of Finance) in privately held US companies.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since graduating college.
  • Proven success in increasing company cash flow.
  • Experience in the buying and selling of companies.
  • A desire to learn how to acquire and manage multiple clients.
  • A passion for controlling your own future.

➕ Bonus Points:


  • Series 7 and/or 79 license.
