🤔 What You'll Do:

• Guide business owners in improving their businesses, increasing cash flow, and securing bank loans.
• Help companies prepare for and execute successful sales or acquisitions.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Provide a diverse range of strategic business advisory services.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a CFO (or equivalent) in privately held US companies.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
• Proven success in increasing company cash flow.
• Experience in the buying and selling of companies.
• A strong desire to build a successful consulting practice and manage multiple clients.
• Passion for controlling your own future and career trajectory.

🌟 Bonus Points:

• Possession of a Series 7 and/or 79 license.
