🚀 About the Role
This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to a growing water resources practice, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on diverse public and private projects. You'll be involved in all aspects of project delivery, from initial studies to final design.
🛠️ What You'll Do
- Support the water resources practice, working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Contribute to projects including surface water management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, analysis and design, flood studies, bridge hydraulics, and green infrastructure.
- Prepare hydraulic/hydrology studies, drainage reports, design documents, and plans/specifications.
- Create technical documents such as memorandums, feasibility studies, and regulatory submittals (including CLOMR/LOMR to FEMA).
- Assist in developing scopes of work and budgets.
- Contribute to watershed and stormwater master planning and CIP development.
- Build strong internal and external professional relationships.
- Collaborate with other professionals, jurisdictions, and contractors.
💯 What We're Looking For

Required: 8+ years of relevant engineering design experience.

Required: Professional Engineering (P.E.) License.

Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, HydroCAD, SWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and StormCAD, or similar hydrologic/hydraulic software.

Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required: Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency.

Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred: Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to lead a practice and manage clients/teams.
