The Role 💼
We're searching for a Claims Management Specialist fluent in German to join our team in Braga or Lisbon, Portugal. Reporting to the Claims Management Lead Specialist, you'll be responsible for analyzing and resolving claims and deductions from various stakeholders.
What You'll Do 📝
- Receive, register, assign, and categorize customer claims and deductions (both internal and external).
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and standardize processes across our markets.
- Analyze and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and present findings during Daily Operational Reviews (DORs).
- Participate in KPI trend analysis, root cause analysis of errors, and problem-solving efforts.
What We're Looking For 🔎

Preferred (but not required): A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Required: Understanding of basic Finance terminology and concepts (like Debit and Credit Accounting rules).

Required: Excellent English and German language skills.

Required: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
