🎯 The Role:

This is a high-energy, strategic, and fast-paced individual contributor role within our Education Solutions team. As a Client Executive, you'll proactively manage a multi-state territory, selling CE Direct (clinical continuing education), assessments, onboarding, and the Relias Learning Management System to hospitals and health systems. You'll build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers (CNOs, Directors of Education, VPs of HR, etc.).

πŸ’ͺ What You'll Do:

  • πŸ—“οΈ Manage your time, territory, and travel to maximize sales calls and in-person interactions.
  • πŸ’» Use Relias' CRM system to track sales activities and opportunities.
  • πŸ“ž Prospect for new clients through email and phone campaigns.
  • πŸ“ Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements, including detailed solution demonstrations.
  • πŸ–₯️ Utilize technology for remote presentations.
  • 🀝 Promote Relias at tradeshows, professional organizations, and community events.
  • βž• Other duties as assigned.

  • πŸ“ˆ Proven record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B outside sales role (within the last 2 years).
  • πŸ’» Expertise with technology (Salesforce, Excel, Webex, LMS, web-based software).
  • ✍️ Strong writing skills.
  • πŸ—ΊοΈ Experience managing a multi-state territory from a home office.
  • πŸ—£οΈ Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills.
  • πŸ₯ Solid knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare education tools (LMS, content portals, adult learning principles).
  • πŸ’Ό Proven experience working with C-suite executives in healthcare.
  • πŸ’» Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to conduct independent market research.

πŸ“š Minimum Requirements:

  • πŸ’Ό 5-7 years of B2B outside sales experience selling to senior hospital/health system leadership.
  • πŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or a related field.
