π― The Role:
This is a high-energy, strategic, and fast-paced individual contributor role within our Education Solutions team. As a Client Executive, you'll proactively manage a multi-state territory, selling CE Direct (clinical continuing education), assessments, onboarding, and the Relias Learning Management System to hospitals and health systems. You'll build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers (CNOs, Directors of Education, VPs of HR, etc.).
πͺ What You'll Do:
- ποΈ Manage your time, territory, and travel to maximize sales calls and in-person interactions.
- π» Use Relias' CRM system to track sales activities and opportunities.
- π Prospect for new clients through email and phone campaigns.
- π Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements, including detailed solution demonstrations.
- π₯οΈ Utilize technology for remote presentations.
- π€ Promote Relias at tradeshows, professional organizations, and community events.
- β Other duties as assigned.

π― What You Need:
- π Proven record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B outside sales role (within the last 2 years).
- π» Expertise with technology (Salesforce, Excel, Webex, LMS, web-based software).
- βοΈ Strong writing skills.
- πΊοΈ Experience managing a multi-state territory from a home office.
- π£οΈ Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills.
- π₯ Solid knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare education tools (LMS, content portals, adult learning principles).
- πΌ Proven experience working with C-suite executives in healthcare.
- π» Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to conduct independent market research.
π Minimum Requirements:
- πΌ 5-7 years of B2B outside sales experience selling to senior hospital/health system leadership.
- π Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or a related field.
π Preferred Qualifications:
- πΌ MBA
- π» Experience selling SaaS software solutions.
