We're searching for a stellar Client Growth Manager to lead market expansion, optimize patient experiences, and implement innovative automation solutions for our healthcare partners. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to make a real difference in healthcare delivery and cost optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned clients; lead market expansion, identifying new opportunities; create data-driven recommendations; build strong relationships with key stakeholders; travel regularly between Ontario, CA and Chicago, IL.
• Automation & Innovation: Identify and implement automation opportunities; drive digital transformation initiatives; develop scalable solutions; monitor and optimize automated processes.
• Patient Experience Excellence: Champion patient-centric solutions; analyze patient journey touchpoints and implement enhancements; monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics; develop best practices for patient engagement.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and guide client teams; lead project execution and client management; foster a culture of continuous improvement; facilitate knowledge sharing.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM (Engineering, Computer Science, or related); 5+ years of healthcare industry experience focused on growth and cost optimization; proven track record in implementing automation solutions in healthcare; demonstrated success in driving market expansion and revenue growth; strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and market dynamics; experience in patient experience optimization and healthcare delivery models; excellent project management and cross-functional team leadership skills; outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to travel regularly between Ontario, CA and Chicago, IL.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA, Healthcare Administration, etc.); healthcare technology platform implementation experience; experience with healthcare analytics and ROI measurement; background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean); experience with CRM systems and automation tools; familiarity with healthcare markets in California and Illinois.
