👨‍⚕️ The Role:

This 24+ month Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) role is a developmental opportunity to gain comprehensive business knowledge, including technical, clinical, and sales aspects, within the XXX, XX team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
• Conduct technical in-services for OR staff and surgeons.
• Promote advanced technology benefits to existing robotic users, contributing to team quotas.
• Develop skills in goal setting, territory mapping, and quota attainment.
• Manage administrative tasks: sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense report submission.

What We're Looking For:

• Required: Bachelor's degree; minimum 1 year of leadership (military) experience OR 1 year of outside sales experience; proven success record.
• Essential: Ambition, strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork abilities.
• Preferred: Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed.

📍 Location: Hybrid role based in the XXX, XX Area. Relocation may be considered.
