🚀 The Role:


As a Collections Process Analyst, you'll play a key role in improving and developing our debt management processes. You'll be involved in everything from drafting specifications and testing new systems to monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with various departments, analyze risks, and ensure smooth operations for our collections team.


🎯 What You'll Do:


  • Develop and improve debt management processes: This includes drafting functional specifications, testing, post-production monitoring, and KPI tracking.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects: Manage and support initiatives to enhance debt recovery processes.
  • Foster cross-departmental communication: Work with different teams to analyze process interdependencies and optimize workflows.
  • Participate in risk analysis: Contribute to the assessment of risks related to contracts and incidents.
  • Coordinate with other departments: Maintain close collaboration with various teams, including monitoring processes affecting service channels.
  • Update communication methods: Review and update debt management communications across all customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Via Verde's standards.
  • Support daily operations: Assist the collections team in identifying, analyzing, and resolving process issues and new service needs.

💼 What We're Looking For:


  • Education: Degree in Management, Marketing Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Up to 5 years in roles like Contact Center Operations, Contact Center Process Lead, or Customer Experience Lead.
  • Leadership: Experience leading customer experience or operations teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment undergoing digital transformation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
