The Role:ย ๐Ÿš€

As a key player in driving market success, you will lead market analyses to uncover opportunities and address gaps. You'll directly engage with customers to validate innovative products and swiftly implement their feedback. Building and strengthening customer relationships is crucial. You'll translate business needs and market insights into compelling business cases that enhance Veriskโ€™s market position. You will refine and communicate our solutionโ€™s value proposition to all customer segments, from underwriters to C-Suite stakeholders. Collaboration with diverse teams is key to exceeding customer expectations. You'll also share your expertise through thought leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:ย ๐ŸŽฏ

  • Lead market analyses, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and communicate the competitive landscape.
  • Actively gather and use customer feedback to improve products.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Translate business needs and market insights into impactful business cases.
  • Refine messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition to all customer segments.
  • Collaborate with various teams (product development, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, articles, and presentations.

What We're Looking For:ย ๐Ÿค”

  • 5-10 years of experience in Commercial Property underwriting, actuarial, or insurance product development/management.
  • Strong understanding of the Commercial Property insurance market.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for customer success, strong business acumen, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; creativity is a plus.
