About the Role:

We're searching for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute to the development of engaging commercial real estate appraisal continuing education courses. If you're passionate about sharing your expertise and shaping the future of real estate education, this is your chance!

What You'll Do: 💼

• Review and provide feedback on course outlines to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Review and recommend improvements to course objectives, ensuring they are clear and measurable.
• Contribute to creating engaging narratives that effectively communicate complex real estate concepts to a professional audience.
• Translate industry-specific knowledge into educational materials that resonate with learners.

What You'll Need: 🤔

• Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Commercial real estate appraisal courses or certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser.
  • Proficiency in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
  • Proficiency in appraisal software and relevant technology.
  • Understanding of data analysis and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
• Preferred:
  • MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) or CRE (Counselor of Real Estate) designations.
  • Experience in teaching or training related to commercial real estate appraisal.
  • Established network within the commercial real estate appraisal community.
