💼 The Role

We're seeking dynamic individuals with small business sales experience to join us as Community Marketing Executives (CME). This is an independent contractor, commission-only role with unlimited income potential! You'll work flexibly from home and in the field in your local territory. Your job is to sell consultative advertising solutions like Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Online Media programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Generation: Find potential customers using methods like cold calls, emails, networking, and door-to-door introductions.
• Sales Consultations: Match your company's value with customer needs and present tailored marketing solutions.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with local businesses and maintain contact, suggesting new products or services that might be of interest.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on local trends and competition.
• Effective Communication: Keep accurate sales records, collaborate with your team leader, and drive sales success.

💪 What We're Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience in selling to small businesses or a similar field is preferred.
• Sales Skills: 1-2 years of outside or phone sales experience is a plus.
• Communication & Service: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using video conferencing (Zoom), Gmail, GSuite, electronic signatures, and CRM systems.
• Logistics: Valid Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & Background check required.
• Compensation Understanding: Must agree that compensation is commission-only and based on sales performance.
