What You'll Do

• 💻 Create and modify reports based on requirements from the Head of the Regulatory Reporting Factory, using data from Natixis tools.
• 🤝 Partner with various business lines and Compliance officers (in France and internationally) to understand their reporting needs and automate report generation.
• 📊 Contribute to the definition, implementation, collection, consolidation, and production of compliance indicators (KPIs/KRIs).
• 📝 Edit and distribute regular and on-demand reports.
• 📑 Produce regulatory reports for regulators, general inspection, and Natixis' corporate governance.
• 🤝 Collaborate daily with IT teams and business stakeholders.

What You'll Need

Technical Skills:

• 💡 Significant experience designing reports using BI/reporting tools.
• Required: Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Query)
• Bonus: VBA or/and DAX Studio
• 📊 Strong Excel skills (Macros, Pivot tables) and proficiency with the Office Suite.
• 💼 Knowledge of Compliance functions and internal controls is highly valued.
• 🏦 Experience in the banking industry, particularly CIB/Asset Wealth Management, is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• 🇬🇧 Fluent English (mandatory)
• 🇫🇷 Good level of French is a plus
• 🤝 Excellent team working, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 💪 Organized, accountable, proactive, and autonomous.
