The Role 💼

TechFlow seeks an experienced Configuration Manager to join their Platform Services team. This role is key to setting up, configuring, maintaining, and improving their CMMS software. You'll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the system provides accurate, timely data supporting maintenance management and asset performance goals. You'll translate business needs into system workflows, reports, and configurations, minimizing disruption through effective project planning.

What You'll Do 🎯

• System Configuration & Setup: Configure the CMMS system (Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar) to meet organizational needs, including user setup, permissions, workflows, asset hierarchies, and preventive maintenance schedules. Manage equipment data and location structures within the CMMS.
• Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Establish data standards and oversee import, validation, and reporting processes.
• Process Development & Improvement: Develop and document CMMS usage guidelines. Continuously review maintenance workflows to optimize CMMS configuration. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Participate in developing and implementing AI/ML data analytics for predictive/prescriptive maintenance.
• User Training & Support: Provide training and support to maintenance personnel and stakeholders on CMMS usage. Serve as the primary point of contact for user issues and technical support.

What We're Looking For 🤔

• Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years' experience automating workflows and reports in CMMS/EAM software, including Asset Lifecycle Management, Corrective, and Preventative Maintenance processes. Strong understanding of maintenance processes, asset management, and reliability practices. Proficiency in CMMS platforms (Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar). Experience building complex SQL queries (all operators). Experience querying JSON NoSQL and relational databases. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Bonus Points: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.
