📊 The Role

Nestlé Business Services in Lisbon, Portugal, is looking for a Consumer Engagement Services (CES) Analytics Specialist. In this role, you'll be keeping an eye on digital and social media channels, gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to help brands and teams with reputation management, consumer interaction, social insights, and content marketing.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

  • Make sure all relevant data is processed, labeled, and structured properly in the right digital and media analytics tools.
  • Interact with consumers using the best communication method for each social media channel.
  • Keep track of conversations on our platforms and across competitors to provide valuable insights to stakeholders who can then support messaging and content creation.
  • Create reports, dashboards, or presentations based on omnichannel analysis to address business questions (e.g., social brand equity, marketing campaign performance, brand ecosystem insights).
  • Conduct ad-hoc analytics to provide useful insights and findings for stakeholders, and take the initiative to suggest solutions.
  • Anticipate potential reputation risks to inform relevant brands and help prevent issues and provide support in managing those issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to identify areas for improvement and execute analytics projects, assisting them in performance objective meetings.
  • Schedule alignment calls with market partners to update them on the analytics process.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience working in a major BPO or consumer engagement environment is a big plus.
  • Tools: Experience with social media listening tools (e.g., Social Studio, Socialbakers, Sprinklr, TalkWalker, Google Analytics, etc.) would be great.
  • Data Skills: Comfortable working with large amounts of data, performing both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Software: Strong Excel knowledge is a must. You'll also need to be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.
  • Visualization: Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is beneficial.
  • Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Other: You should be a problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
