🎯 The Role:
As our Content Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that communicate our value proposition and drive conversions. You'll work with internal teams, contractors, and freelancers to create high-quality content across various formats, including webinars, blogs, white papers, case studies, and product collateral. You'll also optimize content for conversions, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and oversee content distribution across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy; manage content development; create compelling content across various formats; ensure content resonates with target audiences.

Conversion Optimization: Optimize content for conversions; collaborate with design and development teams; conduct A/B testing; analyze data and implement data-driven changes.

Content Distribution & Channel Management: Oversee content distribution; utilize emerging platforms; expand content reach and audience engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, demand generation, content, and brand teams; support sales enablement; collaborate with the sales team.

Industry Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of the long-term and post-acute healthcare space, including industry needs, challenges, and trends; familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For:

Must-haves: Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of experience in content marketing.
