💼 What You'll Do

• Actively seek opportunities to improve service and user experience.
• Review, audit, and moderate content from customers, including copyright considerations.
• Review user behavior and ensure compliance with social media rules.
• Analyze reports following set protocols and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Act as a moderation point of contact between social media users, applying our guidelines in a dynamic environment.
• Make independent decisions on complex issues that may be sensitive or business-critical.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Fluent in French (C1), both written and spoken.
• Fluent in English (B2), both written and spoken.
• At least 6 months of experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
