🎯 What we're looking for:

Fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) – written and spoken.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and independent work skills.
- Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and a diligent work ethic.
