About the Company

Shuggr (سكر) is an online social network to empower the gay and trans community. We are connecting hundreds of thousands of users every day.

Responsibilities

• Review user generated content such as images, videos, and texts.
• Identify, verify, and handle user violations of our terms of service.
• Maintain the quality standards of content across our platform.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish language at CEFR level A1 or higher.
• Proficiency in English language at CEFR level B1 or higher.
• Ability to review content unbiased and objectively, regardless of personal beliefs, interests, or preferences.
• Resilient to review content that may be unexpected, sensitive, intense, or challenging.
• Responsible and driven by curiosity to learn, discover, and grow.
• Passion for building a product that connects and inspires people.
• Interest in empowering the gay and transgender community.
• Commit to at least 20 hours per week.
• Ability to have informed conversations and know how to research what you do not know.
