Requirements

• Language & Communication:

  • Strong listening skills for spoken English (calls, reports).
  • Ability to read and summarize information in English quickly and accurately.
• Cognitive & Analytical:
  • High attention to detail, especially under time pressure.
  • Strong memory and rule application skills.
  • Ability to follow structured procedures without deviation.
• Computer Skills:
  • Confident working with multiple tabs/windows, fast typing.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Maps, traffic/navigation apps.
  • Quick learner of internal editorial tools and systems (training provided).
• Professional Traits:
  • Punctual, focused, and reliable—essential for night shift work.
  • Works well without supervision.
  • Quiet, professional behavior in a shared office space.
