What you'll do:

• 💼 Proactively follow up on sales inquiries and record them in our CRM system.
• 🤝 Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• 📈 Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• 💪 Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• 🗣️ Promote Improve International's programs and products.
• 📊 Report sales and progress to your manager.
• 🤝 Work closely with the management team to maintain our company culture.
• 🎤 Support at conferences, tradeshows, or events (domestic and international).

What we're looking for:

• 🌟 Proven experience in sales, hitting targets, and exceeding expectations.
• 🎯 Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• 🧠 Knowledge of core sales and marketing principles.
• 🐾 Experience or interest in the veterinary industry.
• 🤝 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• ⏱️ Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• 💪 A "work hard, play hard" attitude and a winning mindset.
• 🇪🇸 Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written).
• 🇬🇧🇵🇹 Good English and Portuguese skills (verbal and written).
