We are looking for experienced Account Executives specializing in CRM sales to join our new team build-out in NYC to support our CRM product.
This is the start of something big.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive for our CRM product, which is our fastest-growing product line, you will be responsible for increasing CRM sales.
You will do this by giving expert-level knowledge about the industry, sales, and product to our customers.
You will focus on the value our CRM product brings as part of our WorkOS platform.
This role involves carrying a quota and owning the full sales cycle for our CRM product within a sales-assisted (PLG) process.
Lead discovery meetings and CRM-focused demonstrations to agree on business results.
Highlight possibilities and recommended approaches.
Develop a full understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect its use directly to customer return on investment.
Act as a product owner in an agile setting.
Develop strategies and organize support across different teams to develop and deliver the top CRM product in the market.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends to position monday.com well against other options.
Continuously make our offering better for growth.

Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
3+ years of experience selling a dedicated CRM SaaS solution.
Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle and Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience is required.
Partnership experience is a plus.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to get things done. This is the start of a large-scale build-out.
Ability to keep growing product knowledge and stay current on industry trends to position against competitors effectively.
Show strong attention to process, with a desire to make processes better.
Strong skills in dealing with customers and giving presentations, with the ability to build trust with executives.
Experience negotiating and handling contracts and legal discussions.
Ability to build strong personal relationships, both inside and outside the company.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
A history of success as someone who starts things, focuses on results, adapts well, and asks questions.
A BA/BS degree is preferred, or work experience that shows equivalent knowledge.

Location

Hybrid (3 days in-office in NYC)

Salary

$99,000 - $150,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
