About the Company:Β MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Lisbon, a CRM Data Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Selecting customers or customer segments based on marketing campaign briefs for targeted direct-to-customer (D2C) marketing and sales communications.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing Managers (campaign requestors) and other stakeholders on campaign development and implementation.
- Utilizing existing campaign management tools for workflow design, content, data integration, and customer consent checking for Email, SMS, and other D2C communication channels.
- Creating, further developing, and maintaining SQL series required for running marketing campaigns.
- Preparing reliable and timely data selections and campaign execution, ensuring quality control.
- Acquiring a deep understanding of complex data schemas within the Data Warehouse and identifying data sources.
- Supporting the optimization and improvement of D2C marketing performance metrics by advising relevant marketing and sales stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:

4-5 years of experience in Customer and CRM campaign data wrangling using SQLΒ (understanding the difference between JOIN variations is essential).
- Experience in D2C communication send-out.
- Comfort with distributed data structures and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- A sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills, even in challenging situations.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM software (HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). German is a plus.
- Understanding of IT processes.
