The Role: 🎯


As our CRO Specialist, you'll be a key player in boosting our clients' website performance. You'll analyze user behavior, spot optimization opportunities, and implement changes to maximize conversions. You'll collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers.


What You'll Do:Β πŸ› οΈ


  • Craft and implement data-driven CRO strategies for our clients.
  • Conduct thorough website audits to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Deep-dive into user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Convert.com to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Design, run, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and overall website architecture.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Monitor and report on CRO initiatives, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable advice for clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest CRO, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all CRO projects.
  • Assist in creating CRO case studies.

What We're Looking For:Β πŸ’ͺ


  • At least 3 years of CRO experience.
  • Proven success in a similar e-commerce CRO role.
  • A history of improving conversion rates for e-commerce clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Convert.com, and strong data analysis skills.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversions.
  • Experience running A/B and multivariate tests from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Experience with heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and computer.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Availability during UK office hours (10 AM - 6 PM).
  • Full-time commitment.
