🌍 The Role

Uniswap Labs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Content Manager to join their team.

This role is all about creating and managing content for their Help Center, ensuring users have access to accurate, helpful, and up-to-date resources. The ideal person will be skilled at spotting and resolving issues, taking the lead to improve processes, and managing the design and execution of small to medium-sized projects.

They're based in SoHo, New York City, and this position can be partially or fully remote.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Content Creation & Management: Develop, write, and manage Help Center articles, ensuring the content is clear, accurate, and easy for users to understand. Work with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to make sure the content matches up with product launches and updates.
• Issue Identification & Resolution: Find areas where the Help Center content could be better and suggest ways to improve the user experience and reduce the number of support tickets.
• Systems Thinking: Tackle challenges by thinking about how everything connects and affects the overall user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to set goals, create content strategies, and make sure everyone is on the same page regarding limitations and dependencies.
• Project Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of content-related projects, working within the team and starting to take on cross-team projects. You'll be responsible for planning and completing tasks over a 1-2 quarter timeframe.
• Autonomy & Accountability: Work independently on daily tasks, with your work checked at key points. You'll receive general instructions on new assignments as needed.

🔎 What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in content creation, ideally in a technical or customer support setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take charge.
• Experience working with different teams.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to see the big picture and understand how different parts of a system are connected.

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

💰 Compensation

• Minimum full-time salary of $171,000-$180,000. (This is in line with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.)
• Full-Time employees at Uniswap Labs can also receive other forms of compensation, such as equity, tokens, and benefits, depending on the job.
