💼 The Role

This Customer Service Agent position involves:

• 📞 Handling incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
• 🤝 Providing effective solutions to customer issues.

• 🛍️ Discussing the products offered and ensuring customer happiness.
• 🧘‍♀️ Tactfully navigating challenging or stressful interactions with customers.

🔎 What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates with the following:

• 🇳🇱 C2 or Native fluency in written and spoken Dutch.
• 🇬🇧 Good command of English (B2 level).
• 🎓 Minimum: High School Diploma.
• 💻 Proficiency in using computers (Windows, MS Office, and other common software).
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• 🔄 Adaptable and eager to learn new things.
• 🤹‍♀️ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 🤝 Ability to navigate stressful and difficult situations with tact.
