🏡 Location & Start Date: Hybrid role in Lisbon, Portugal, starting November 6th (both work-from-home and on-site options available).
✅ What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service via inbound calls, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Share product information and aim to increase sales over the phone.
- Help customers with delivery questions, tracking, problem-solving, and stock checks.
- Fix technical issues and offer support for account management and software.
- Give quick and correct answers to customer questions in real time.
