Customer Service Representative (Ukrainian)

👋 About the Role

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a top Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that's looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lisbon. You'll be supporting content creators who use online video sharing and social media platforms, helping them make the most of their channels and grow their businesses. It's a results-oriented environment where you'll be working towards personal goals while also contributing to a wider team effort.

What You'll Do

• 🤝 Serve as a trusted advisor to content creators, helping them improve and optimize their channels.
• 🚀 Help increase platform usage and encourage content creators to use different tools and features.
• 👂 Understand and identify content creators' needs and goals.
• 💡 Use your knowledge of key platform features to connect creators' needs to those features.
• 📞 Manage a large volume of potential clients daily through video calls, emails, and phone calls.
• 🗂️ Manage and prioritize a portfolio of content creators, identifying opportunities and staying in touch with them over several months.

What We're Looking For

• 🇺🇦 Fluent in Ukrainian and English (C1 level)
• 🔎 Ability to review online social media, web pages, and advertising content against evolving guidelines and standards.
• 📝 Create structured intelligence reports based on information from the team or other sources, providing clear insights and visibility to key people.
