Requirements
You bring these skills to Applaudo:
Bachelorโs Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.
Proven sales experience, especially in selling based on value.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence important people, including executive and C-level contacts.
Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close contracts that bring the most value and profit.
Solid experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
Skillful use of Excel for reporting and making predictions.
Experience giving client-focused solutions that match customer needs and business goals.
Strong ability to manage many accounts and projects at the same time, paying close attention to detail.
Excellent listening, presentation, and people skills.
A strategic thinker with planning and mediation skills and a focus on long-term client success.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Experience and knowledge of customer relationships across different industries.
Excellent English level (C1/C2) is a must.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for all customer account management issues.
Build and keep strong, long-lasting client relationships that build trust and loyalty.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to make the most profit and meet business goals.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer contacts, and executive sponsors.
Make sure products and services are delivered on time and successfully based on client needs and goals.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly plans to people inside and outside the company.
Find and develop new business chances within current accounts to meet or go past sales targets.
Forecast and track key account numbers, including sales results and revenue growth.
Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
Work with the Sales and Product teams to find and grow chances in your assigned areas.
Manage client problems and solve issues quickly and well.
Drive customer satisfaction and keeping clients, making sure this matches company goals.
