Your daily workout
We are looking for the first Belgian Customer Success Manager (M/F) to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and change employee access to sports and wellness activities. In this role, you will be part of the Existing Business team (based in Paris), responsible for managing current clients and will be included in the Belgium Team in the Brussels offices.
Your main job will be to guide new clients from both the Belgium and French markets through new launches, track how they perform in the first months of working together, and meet the expectations of clients in our 1-to-Many group.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding Management: Support new clients as they start with Wellpass. This includes getting information from the sales team, first contact with the client, creating a specific action plan for launch, and tracking key performance indicators for the first 3 months.
- Identifying Business Opportunities: Work with other Customer Success Managers to grow revenue and offer the best deals to our clients. You will also work closely with the Renewal team, which handles contract matters alongside the CSMs.
- Managing the 1-to-Many Portfolio: Using our inbound request management tool (Intercom), you will interact with many clients (HR, HR Directors, Works Councils) and adjust to their specific needs. Our work always focuses on client satisfaction with a focus on solving problems.
- Team Project Management: As the CSM team grows, we must develop ways to reach objectives that can grow while handling volume. Each team member manages side projects with other EGYM Wellpass departments to make processes more effective and boost performance.
- Event: Host client visits and lead webinars to promote EGYM Wellpass throughout the company and increase involvement.
- Tool Mastery: You will be trained to use internal tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Intercom, Braze, Beefree, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, etc.
Your fitness level
- Graduate from a top business school or equivalent.
- Language skills: French & Dutch.
- 2 years of experience in B2B customer relations.
- Strong ability to work with a team spirit while working remotely.
- Excellent writing skills and perfect command of spelling and grammar.
- Creative and proactive, you bring new ideas to make processes better.
- A team player who enjoys working together.
- Deeply aligned with Wellpassβ mission and eager to support its growth.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing setting.
