As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our team, focusing on building strong relationships with our English-speaking clients. Your main goal is to ensure our clients successfully use our software and achieve their business goals.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Deeply understand client needs and ensure our products meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement processes to boost customer usage and satisfaction.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Work closely with technical support, development, and product teams.
  • Provide detailed reports on customer needs to inform product development.
  • Regularly track account performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Keep customers informed about product updates and new features.

🎯 What We're Looking For:


  • Native English speakerΒ with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • High-level Spanish proficiency.
  • Solid understanding of software products.
  • Ability to efficiently solve problems with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Experience in account management within the software or holiday rental sector.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) sales.

  • Intermediate Excel skills.
